That building is absolutely amazing, but it has been underutilized for years. Quite frankly, it probably should have been the focal point of the whole East Village from the start (as a venue... not a store that sells wedding gowns & prom dresses). Sam: Any chance that you'll be use the basement...

I'd love to chime in, although I really have nothing to do with this show. I don't do local only shows, mainly because if you are in a local band you should be booking your own shows. I kinda felt like the price was a little high myself so we are doing a couple things. Advance tickets will be available now for $15 instead of $16 at midwestix.com. Also, I am going to find a place to have advance tickets with no additional service fees (maybe bricks or ZZZ). If anyone has any ideas...
