Agreed, I've never really heard of any of these bands besides Terror, and Emmure I guess but I've never heard them.

Thick as Blood and Terror will be worth it, and Emmure's awesome lyric selection.

I don't even like Terror that much, but I know they'll be a blast at the Mews.

Scott Vogel will be so stoked on the stage dives his head will explode.

Needs more brees, not into it without at least 100% more brees. Tell Emmure to come back when they add more brees to their songs.

ATB was getting hype when I was 16, no one cares about those fruits.

Terror, balcony stage dives. Make it happen Jordan!

Agreed, I've never really heard of any of these bands besides Terror, and Emmure I guess but I've never heard them.

This and everyone else not discussing ATB in this thread is what I was referring to. ATB is the only band worth a shit on the bill. I'm really not into djent or core, but they perfected it. Their compositions are thought out with far more effort than most bands that would be comparable to them. Plus, they're pretty nice dudes to boot.
Emmure is just a copyright-infringing version of the Acacia Strain and the whole feud thing is gayer than AIDS. I side with the Acacia Strain for obvious reasons and Vince seems cool enough.

Vince is down to earth, when they played House of Bricks he was hanging outside talking to kids.

After The Burial is still lame.

Do you understand that you are the only person on this board that gives a shit about how well thought out a composition is? Nobody cares if a band can play musically technical arrangements if they aren't memorable and enjoyable. Nobody but you, I guess. Yeah, it's sweet when I can listen to a band and think, "Wow, these dudes are really good at their instruments," but only if the songs themselves aren't just bullshit self-aggrandizing displays of technicianship crow barred into each other.

This is a good description, but it doesn't quite fit. ATB is pretty by the books bro metal/deathcore. This band's technicality lies in random chugging and irrelevant flamenco intros.
