Down with the man, whatever. There are a few people in Iowa's punk/hc scene that would defend hot topic, sure they suck and whatever but Ive seen them advertise shows, not care if a band left fliers and grant bands money for tour.

So what I'm saying is why not try to open up those kids to what we've been doing instead of just saying fuck them because of where they shop..

The only thing that matters to me is the end result. Where I obtain my record from is not the issue in my book. Sure I would love to give the band my money directly but since those lazy assholes don't ever tour and I Don't have a bank account to order through Fat or any other online distro I go where I can.

I've been really stoked for this, but I just don't know how the band will sound without Jack. Not as good I'm assuming. Jack's vocals can't be replaced.

STOKED on that new thousandaries 7inch. Just read about it this morning SOMEWHERE. Gonna order it.

the thing is joe, thousandaries rarely play shows, let alone anywhere around here. I'd have better luck ordering it that going to a show that might never happen.

That song sounds exactly like Home Grown. This song would have been my jam back in 1998.

Hey Servo...you might have heard this already, but House Boat is releasing a new 7" soon and they put 2 new (unmastered) songs that will probably go on it up on their MySpace page. The songs are called "Kids Of The Black Hole Sun" and "DC Showcase Presents Inferiority Crisis Volume 420."

I dig these songs a lot. Check out their myspace, they're hoping on coming to Iowa July 2nd after a MPLS show. Someone should do something about that.
