everything you're saying is always the justification for rape. it's not a cry for attention(statistically speaking, most women are ashamed when they experience it and usually blame themselves...this is why it often takes time for them to speak out about it).
i know it's tough to think about it this way, especially when you see idiot college girls being drunk and it seems like they're asking for it....but it's still not an excuse. try thinking about it differently, it's not so black and white.
