Sam, if it wasn't for you, Des Moines would be seen as a lot more of a skippable town by touring bands. I think we owe you that.

And I'm glad there were people other than me at the Envy Corps show in Ames singing along to their older stuff. I'm not a creep for knowing that. The band pointed out that you were standing directly across from me.

The man lets me live at his awesome house, and even though it's also inhabited by two insane Weimaraners and there's no bathroom fan, it's a pretty sweet deal. He's the man.
