Two members. And it would be Three if Pete's back wasn't basically broken. Unless you are being really picky and want to say original line up as in the first line up with guys that didn't actually record anything and I wouldn't really consider Morbid Angel.

Grave was okay. Walked to the Mews during Dark Funeral. Morbid Angel was just funny. Sounded and played well but eh. Trey is still a fucking fantastic guitar player. Whatever, I can now say I saw them at least once.

1st of all the Des Moines band Agrinex opened up the show. To see Agrinex get to be part of a Dark Funeral gig was pretty cool.

I thought Morbid Angel was good. Morbid Angel made the show worth the ticket price. It was killer to see Trey Azagthoth shred again. ( I got to see him in Cedar Rapids when I was 16 or so and he amazed me) Trey Azagthoth is among the best guitar players around. Tim Yeung was playing drums...and he was bad ass....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QlnCMmXkOB4

The fact that Des Moines has had/will have over a period of a couple months...Cannibal Corpse...Morbid Angel....and Deicide...is Awesome.

I do think it odd that Morbid Angel changed the frontman/bass player spot for what...almost a decade in the middle of their career....could anyone picture Slayer doing that?....No. But, that aside I really like Alters of Madness through Domination and I was happy to get to see Morbid Angel a 2nd time, and at that, in my hometown! It was also good to see a decent crowd for this show.

Weird musical wishful thinking....it would be most excellent to see Trey Azagthoth somehow wind up playing/jamming with Alex Webster in some way, shape, or form. I saw them both on the same stage, and they are two of my favorite active musicians in general, my favorite at their respective positions if we are talking current touring musicians in extreme music.

when you say Morbid Angel came off as cocky...I take it you mean Evil D....

David Vincent...the front man?

I could agreed that I do not like him very much either. It is unfortunate. The last time I saw them he was not in the band, and I was just fine with that.

I thought everyone else was pretty cool.

They just played.

Yeah, I would totally leave MA to do Genitorturers

I wish Trey would have at least done some side band with different and better musicians. Oh well.

Honestly, best part of the whole show was when Grave played 30 seconds of Black Sabbath and that little dude got up there.
