Anyone need a roommate?

I'm trying to find a new place to live, because I'm tired as shit of my neighbors.
I'm clean, I don't smoke indoors, and I don't drink nearly as much as I used to. SO I WONT BE GETTING WASTED AND BREAKING ALL OF YOUR SHIT.
I figured I can stand some people on this dumb board so I could probably stand living with some people on this dumb board.
Even if you are out driving around and you saw an apartment for rent that didn't look like a shithole, I'd appreciate a heads up. I'm having a hard time finding anything right now.

I do have a job.
I have my own place right now by best place ever, but I don't want to live there anymore for a variety of reasons.

A girl I know rented an apartment a block or two from BPE and although I did worry about her safety, it was always kind of funny to hear her diplomatically squirm around the reasons why living there wasn't quite the enriching experience she thought it would be.

i have a duplex for rent, 2 bedrooms and a walk up attic...animal friendly...550, you pay your own biills....price may be negotiable.
