Nick, most lockers will make braunschweger for you. I can get you a good deal on a hog or prolly bring you the liver out of one (generally they're ok with that). PM if interested.

Yeah, I want to try grilling them. Eating some canned right now, smoked in oil. Mustard is good, my favorite is in hot sauce.

Damn, those are expensive. I think I may have found a place, was just wondering how common they are, like if any grocery chains usually carry them or if I had to find a specialty fish store.
