Eastern Turkish from Omaha, Retch, Nights Behind The Treeline, and Muskrats.
It's a free show, but bring some scratch to donate if you can so we can get the out of towners some gas money.
5pm to 9ish
612 Park Ave, Des Moines, 50315
Parking is on the side streets, 6th and 7th.

So is this happening on Saturday AND Sunday? Show up both these days this weekend at 5ish? OR are you considering Friday a part of the weekend too?

I saw a huge flier for this outside the CD Warehouse in Valley West mall. The biggest words at the top were "BASEMENT SHOW" and then it listed the address.
Isn't Shane in one of these bands?

I'd be a little more hesitant about putting up fliers advertising basement shows and listing the address on it as well. Not only could it draw dickheads, it could also draw police and the space probably won't last. Just my two cents.

It's this Saturday, the 2nd- Sorry about forgetting the date. The 6th and 7th are the best streets to park on is what I meant there.
I'm planning on throwing more, assuming this one goes decent, I've actually been talking to In Defence about a show in November.
I thought about not putting the address there, but having everyone call to get the address would be a major hassle... I guess we'll see how it goes. Thanks for the advice, next time I'll do that!
