You wanna do it in Des Moines? If that isn't a necessity, try Ames Progressive?
Otherwise, The Underground. It's 21+ and you need to provide the PA/Sound though.

Don't forget you also provide 2 door people there, and you'll wanna see if the date is open cus they usually book the whole month, a month in advance.
