All of this is true. But you forgot to add crappy service. That's the only drawback to the place, but the food is so worth it. Their Laap and Pho is awesome. They also have the best Angry Chicken in town.

My sister worked at Thai Flavors/cool basil forever, but just quit. Getting that stuff free was sweet.
