Anybody ever been? I've heard nothing but crazy stories from there. This year's American Skate Fest has a pretty killer lineup:

The place is on 88 Acres of land. There is a house and the rest is pretty much ramp after ramp after ramp. Skater's paradise. It's like a skateboard compound in the middle of the woods. Anybody can come and tent out. I hear you can build a "shanty" an live there for something like $50 a month. But supposedly the dude who runs the place, Brewce Martin, is fucking nutty insane. I guess he and his buddies burn and blow up random cars of people that go there and crazy shit like that. My buddy played there for Halloween one year. Said he did a played his set dressed up as a gorilla and people were throwing bananas and mortars on stage the whole time. I guess later that night, he passed out by a camp fire and about 6a.m. in the morning, Brewce and his buddies drove by in their trucks and threw mortars in the fire, blowing shit up all around him and burning the fuck out of him and his sleeping bag. He said it was one of the craziest experiences of his life playing that show and the time after the show.

I hear this gates of the place pretty much sum up the experience:
