This was a big hurdle for cannabis. The lawmakers always used to say they couldn't do anything without a recommendation from the pharmacy board and the pharmacy board always used to say that they couldn't do anything until lawmakers rescheduled it. Finally they were sued and a judge forced them to do make a decision. Now we have to wait until next year and see what lawmakers do.

I'm pretty sure it's ok for straight edge people to use cannabis since it is a herb, not a drug.

I knew a few that claimed they wouldn't use Novocaine. I don't think push ever came to shove though.
