Tenney allegedly directed lewd comments toward the company's clients; passed gas inside a truck to the extent that it was unfit for driving by others; vomited in a truck and in a client's parking lot, then left the residue for others to clean up; defecated outdoors next to his truck; used a derogatory term for gay people while chatting on the CB radio; and left the sleeping area of a truck littered with pet hair and dog-food bowls.
