"The six songs on The Transgressions’ first EP, Waste My Time, tend to blur together, not just because they’re all simple, melodic, and short pop-punk tunes (the longest clocks in at 1:29), but because singer-guitarist Ben Gretenhart always ends up in the same place: drunk or high, alone at home, and kinda hating himself for it, but not enough that he’d actually get off his ass to finally shave or do some laundry. The EP—all six and a half minutes of it—is a hoarse-voiced yet joyfully catchy ode to being a real crum-bum, fuckup, pain in the ass, disappointment."

I am aware of his moped interests. But when am I going to see the English Beat next?? Plus, he is friends with my friend Chad and I can always go up to Madison and hang and ride with those dudes. And I'm sure they will be back.

Just listened to this band. It's pretty much my goal now. HOWEVER, if someone from this band reads this board, I'm a real nice guy.

2 brand new songs were posted on Lipstick Homicide's myspace page. Both are unmastered, but still sound good. Love the harmonies. This band is gonna rule.

Wait, so is anyone striving to find another venue for this? I'll keep my eyes and ears open.

Anybody have any ideas on where this show might be able to be held at? I'm sorta at a loss and The Transgressions leave for tour on Friday. I'd say they could play my garage if I didn't live in a townhouse. DMSC has some wrestling thing going on the night of March 5th.

Anybody know who to contact about a show at the Beechwood? I'd prefer not to have this at a bar, as that would pretty much mean 21+, but I don't really know where else to do this at point?

Suggestions? Anybody know of any cheap community halls that are cool with hosting shows or something like that?

People have mentioned the four mile community center but I don't think anyone has tried yet.

HAHa, I remember trying to have shows there. I forget the problem we had with them but I remember loading in, being really upset about something, possibly breaking something, then leaving and having the show in Joe's basement. Then we started having shows in Joe's basement until we broke everything and they moved to Zach's house(Da Basement)...then they started having shows there until.....

Maybe they were having shows in Zach's house before..I can't remember. I just remember not liking that community center. Joe Ross, elaborate.

They do have a skatepark built there now so it might be cool actually.

It's worth a shot, and yeah right off Easton.
