Looking for a drummer!

Looking for a drummer to join a new band. We are looking for someone who hit's hard, has quality equipment, and will practice at least once a week. If you are not serious then we don't want you in the band. We are old and we need people who will actually take this seriously. Doom/Stoner/Metal, that is the general style we are going for!
