I'm not sure if anybody is ever really diagnosed with it... or if they are, it's never to their face, lol.

I had a friend in Boston (LA now) who we're pretty sure has it. Meets ALL the criteria. It was funny as hell sometimes, but for every one time it was funny, there were usually about two facepalms.
