Happened at the show yesterday. Some dumbass kids were walking around with an axe and trying to cut down trees or something? Someone called the cops, and Dan went to grab Absu and see what was going on. He told the cops he lived there, and that he had a warrant right away.

Got taken away...the whole thing is a shitty deal and could have been avoided.

i think when court dates get skipped the charge is changed to contempt of court. that's what happened to me anyway.

I don't know...it shouldn't be how it was the other night though. Dan wouldn't have gotten arrested if some drunk idiots weren't running loose with an axe...which I am kinda curious about where it came from.
