It sucks that it cost money to print anything on campus. I remember at DMACC and Kirkwood, I used to print off 50 fliers at a time and didn't have to pay for shit. There is one free black and white printer on the 3rd floor of the Design building, but there is always a HUGE line. What have you been doing while in Ames? I ride my scooter around and watch tv...today I built a clock. I am also expected to be in the drawing studio an obscene amount of time...

I've been nerding it up hard. I study a lot, ride my bike around, joined a Soil & Water Conserv. club, read, look for jobs, and the everyday usual. I haven't really met anyone "cool" yet, though there is some guy in my chemistry class who wears hardcore shirts all the time. Haven't gotten a chance to talk to him yet tho.

I'm majoring in Environmental Science with an emphasis on hydrology. My classes are kind of all over, but I'm in the Agronomy hall a majority of the time.

Rattletooth absolutely blew me away. I think this was a really good show overall, but that band was really really good.

The thing that really pissed me off, I asked a girl for a donation and she looked at me like she was stupid and had no clue what I was talking about. Then later I see her with a twenty dollar in her hand.

I know that some people bought alot of merch and that helps the bands but still the fact is...shit ain't free.
