Actually it's relevant to MY interests, seeing as I am a CA resident.
I'm about 90% sure they're going to make it legal and very soon, because they are DESPERATE for money. The fact that talk radio programs out here aren't raising a stink about it and pretty much have a "no care ever" attitude is the biggest indicator of this happening. There is virtually no opposition.
