converting m3u to wav or mp3

I got these radio shows from KFAI archives ( you guys should really check this station out www.kfai.org ) and they play in my i-tunes as m3u files. They'll play on my computer, but they won't go in my ipod. I need to convert these somehow.

I'm going to take my dog for a walk now. I'll be expecting an answer by the time I get back.

download audacity
you may need lame mp3 encoder if you dont have it

m3u files are just basically links or playlists.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M3U

they tell a media player to play a certain stream from the internet or a playlist from your computer. they are very small files that contain no music.

You should be able to record the music using audacity. Then edit the wav file and convert them to mp3s.
