Bleeding Througfh and The Acacia Strain @ The Picador

Post by xNever_Diex » Sat Feb 14, 2009 6:37 pm

Bleeding Through, The Acacia Strain, As Blood Runs Black, and Impending Doom are playing at The Picador in Iowa City on March 21st. The show will be at 6:00 and is for all ages. I'm not sure of the ticket price, but you can buy them in advance here: http://www.ticketweb.com/t3/sale/SaleEv ... tId=668074
This show will be fuckin epic, period. I'm pumped as hell for it!

I wouldn't quite call this show "epic".

Bleeding Through is pretty solid live, and I haven't seen Acacia Strain yet but would like to at least see how they pull off their stuff with one guitarist now.

The other two bands........GRRRROOOOOOSSSSSS

I remember seeing Bleeding Through years ago at Hairy Marys. They were ok, a little slow for me. But they kept making fun of Des Moines because I guess not enough people came out to the show. There were some kids from Omaha from the show they played night before so they went on talking about how cool Omaha was and how shitty Des Moines was. This was way way before all the kids that are into hardcore now were into hardcore. I guess they should have waited 7 years, then they might have had the turnout they believed they deserved.

I hate it when bands complain about the turnout at a show, SO annoying.
....just kidding.
