agreed, keep in mind there are alot of vegitarians/vegans who dont consider health when ingesting food....i don't eat soy shit often, the ones they have at bk are pretty good, they have actual veggies in them (carrots, mushrooms, olives)...

yeah i know i eat them too on the rare occasion that i eat bk anymore. still i'd be willing to bet there is a ton of garbage in there... msg, flavor addatives, etc.
