I wish I still had all the news archived. I always erased it all every few months...pure html editing, no databases saving all those goodies.

ds-13 cancelled that show. they got wicked sick and flew back to sweden. however, that was probably the best set i had ever seen only 10 between us play.

I believe those guys with the bandanas and work gloves were all omaha kids. that was a great show and converge was paid very well and surprised by that. After that we got more of the bigger hardcore acts coming through. The booking agent, Matt Pike, for all those hydrahead bands was a real piece of shit especially after the isis/knut show.

Holy crap! I can't believe that Mezzanine site is still up. 95% of the stuff on there is a joke anyways.

Only Ten Between Us were way good. Anything Matt Davis touched turned to gold.

There are such great memories on that old site.

HI MORTY!!!

Morty, I have been trying to re-purchase iowahardcore.com now for several years. It's current owner is rude and unreasonable. No matter - I'll just keep waiting for it to expire.

i wouldn't bother re-purchasing that domain, it's a done deal.

hello to you people.

When did it get combined with 515crew?

I think that's when I first started the Iowa Under Archives and I was still on netfirms. The biggest thing that stuck me was how much has changed, we've lost Greeen Room, Gabe's(though it was just renamed), Mary's, and the Cog Factory. I think the only one still promoting shows is Sam. Lot's changed.

If you are leaving it up, I'll link it to the Iowa Underground Archives as soon as I'm done with the new build. If it wouldn't have been to someone posting about the older Des Moines on there, I would have never started the thing. BTW anyone know anything about running Drupal multisites on a shared server?

I think the domain iowahardcore.com was directed to 515 crew's page in late 2002 when I passed it to.... i can't even remember who took it over, the guys who ran 515crew.

DaVo, I'll be keeping the IAHC archived on my site indefinitely if you want to link it.

Justin Bird and Zach Hoyt were the owners at that point... well, Justin created the site, Zach was the "owner". I don't think he posted much, though. My face (behind a hockey mask [that was stolen from Jordan]) was on the banner at the top. We should go back to that design.
