new song, confess, sounds like absolute dog balls. i cant believe they actually thought that singing bullshit would fly (*nasally voice* carry the blame!). and what an honor it must have been having the guy from disturbed record guest vocals. and what about that digital part after the breakdown... orgy circa 97? how embarrassing.

i already posted this on the cv board. the highlight from that:

"It's one of the worst songs I have ever heard....yet it probably stands out as the best song I have ever heard by them."

blah blah blah... bring back in loving memory ..... blah blah blah

good album, good songs

posting about this here is the equivalent of me posting a link to your band on a lambgoat. pointless. the only reaction will be negative, and that was the point. good job

kyler, how dare you post a thread about music of an iowa band on a iowa message board that centers around music.

if it dosent have to do with lifting weights or another thread about politics that just goes around in circles then i dont want to read it.

I am referring to the messages you send tptd asking them to "bring back in loving memory" *lived it*

I just know that lambgoat is over botch, so they would probably be dismissive of anything that redoes it.

first, it was 1 message.

second, that was funny. i sent them a picture comment mocking how serious they looked and how it was laughable

i mean...

and the singer bro messaged me back asking what was so funny. so yeah, i suggested they should just get in loving memory back. it was funny.

anyways

read this:
http://www.lambgoat.com/albums/view.aspx?id=2534
2/10, they call it a "sonic abortion"

id rather remake botch records then "pantera crossed with eighteen visions."
we cant seriously sit here and call the too pure to die record original, so whats up with calling us out for it? not even saying that we are.

wow dude, you can disagree about whatever you want but this thread was straight out rude and out of line. yeah i love the old too pure to die but the new stuff is really good its just different. seriously, if this was a different band and this was their first cd you wouldnt be talking shit you would just keep your opinions to yourself. plus this is a local message board where everyone knows each other, really bad idea to talk shit about them on here.

Hahhah kyler take a shower and go listen to the chariot.

New tptd is good, don't care what any of you say, blah blah blah. The songs are great and catchy. And a whole lot more mature then their earlier cd we are a weapon. And yes they are serious in their promo pictures, that's kind of the point if your trying to be a serious band.

Oh and I know for a fact that the story in cityview was about another Jordan Peterson. JPTPTD was not arrested for having child porn on his computer like a lot of people on other forums have been saying.

is that a nice thing to do... message the band and make fun of um? Why do you feel the need to torment bands you're not into. seriously man, go fuck yourself. There is no reason to send a band messages like that. Your attitude closely parallels a high school bully.

you obviously aren't familiar with the way things function around here.

i wouldn't know what would be a better place to talk shit about a local band other than a local music website. I'm pretty sure we have a say in what sucks, even if it is people's opinions. i know there are a lot of people that don't like my bands, im not gonna whine about it just because they might know some of the same people i do. if they get upset about people talking shit about their music, they can either a.) not care, b.) write better music.

Guys, please don't leak any more information on TPTD breaking edge. It's already causing problems with fans on other boards.
