So many Halloween shows, but this is the one you wanna get to. I just saw Hot Lava rip the fucking roof of the HOUSE!!! Girls were screaming and SHIT! There was a guy blowing fire and a NAKED CLOWN it was FUCKED.UP. Best grind band outta Iowa MOST DEF.

Holy shit. I saw Hot Lava play some basement show where they opened up for a bunch of shitty Iowa City noise bands. The lead singer blew fire in the face of one of the noise rockers and he had to go to the hospital! FUCKIN' SWEET!

for what it's worth, i just texted ben from TFB and he didn't know they were playing the show tomorrow, at least not yet...

That Halloween show in Ames was RAW. Hot Lava only played for 5 minutes, the fucking drummer threw up blood, and the lead singer punched the guitarist in the face. I don't think they are a band anymore. TFB was good, too.

I kicked Cade out of the band after the show last night, but kicked him back in this morning. We're on an indefinite hiatus, but may play a reunion show soon.
