actually yes, i've actually improved on my swimming alot this summer, and have semi conquered some of my fears of open bodies of water.....i've gotten decent at swimming...still not a fan of the toilet bowl or high dive boards, but most everything else is pretty bitchin'...i think i went swimming almost every week this summer, and went yesterday at the Y as well....word
