Justice in the Congo

A dozen goats were being held in jail in the Democratic Republic of Congo, charged with being illegally sold by the side of the road and they even had a court date.
The minister said many police had serious gaps in their knowledge and they would be sent for retraining. - ha ha.

I rewound that scene so many times. Friday the 13th and the other Jason movies ruled my young teenage years.

i'd never seen them until i netflixed the first two. wayyyyyy awesome. parts 3 and 4 are in my queue.
