The place is a lot cleaner. James' old room in up for grabs. Joe's room is open on the 30th. Though he may be back in a few months. We're currently focusing on harnessing some free internet. We definitely could use 1 or 2 people.

Or we could all chip in and rent the room and use it as the scene "stabbin' hut", kind of like the stories of law firms and other business folks keeping an apartment for that purpose.

We need another roommate. I've been overpaying to keep this place going. Rent is 200-250/month. We have a clear room ready right now. Someone else can move into the back for $100. Utilities and internet are free.
