Seriously, what the fuck do you expect? You put up a GARBAGE mp3 that is embarrassing by most standards. It's barely audible. And all in all a really shitty mix. I'm sure that's "all you had to work with"- but so what? Then don't put it up. Or if you do, don't expect to NOT hear shitty comments.

Obviously you're not going to get a high quality recording if you're tracking live, so if you can look past the production quality, it's a pretty solid track. Knuckled Down is a tight band.

Or someone used a handheld tape recorder. There's not going to be a lot of "mixing" involved.

I already said "I'm sure that's all you had DOT DOT DOT" but that doesn't alleviate the fact that it's pathetic quality that should have never been "released" online. Nobody takes shitty production seriously. Even if you don't expect your band to go anywhere, it still reflects on you....and all this shows me is that it was one hell of a lazy effort.




My tracks are in pre-production and I've been facing constant setbacks. The drums are being sequenced (because I don't want to record them) by someone who isn't my drummer- so of course there are issues there. A short list of the other issues would be:
-SCHOOL
-defective interface
--wrong interface
---right interface, now possibly defective.
-and MONEY to replace all the shit I sold.

*an interface is what people use to record. Or in 515 terms, "a glorified TALKBOY."

What I should have said was, "While recording live at the Haunted Basement, tracks are done with equipment that will by no means produce the kind of recordings one would achieve in a live application where every instrument is mic'd and mixed individually. Thus, one cannot expect DVD-quality recordings to be produced while tracking live at the Haunted Basement"
