I haven't even listened to it yet. but I have heard a lot of different opinions on it, as many bad as good. Need to pick it up and actually listen to it.

initial opinion = meh...
after 2-3 spins as background music i started getting portions stuck in my head.
sat down, gave it one more chance via a thorough listening....HOLY FUCK.
not at all what i expected from them, which is maybe what threw me at first.
it's still def. Portishead, but they took a big ole sidestep and still killed it.

This album is great...well, REALLY good, at least. A little boring in spots, but when it hits, it hits (e.g. Nylon Smile).
