Honestly, probably anything more than the usual. Kim Jong Il is bat-shit crazy though and likes to show off all the military hardware they have, just to spook South Korea, Japan and the US a little, but not enough to irk the Chinese.

I wouldn't be opposed to packing up shop and leaving South Korea though, I think a lot of the South Korean people want to be unified with the North. I don't think it would quite happen on the terms they think it would though. Although having bases in South Korea is some good real estate in the world (the proximity to China, Japan and the Russian Far East), there's always a dozen other places scattered throughout the pacific.

it is pretty normal for any coastal country to demonstrate military exercises at sea. we do it all over the globe, sometimes in a manner perceived as provocative by other nations.

if they were testing long rage missiles or firing shots over the bow of another nation, then there would be cause for concern.

business as usual, basically.

It's funny how minorities can't even behave themselves in their own countries.

but if they're in their own country, doesn't that make them majorities?
