for THOM and the deadman(if he posts and/or reads here),

Post by DARKBASS » Fri Mar 14, 2008 10:50 am

(THIS ALSO APPLIES TO ALL POZERS, HATERZ, MEAN PEOPLE, IGNORANT PEOPLE, ANNOYING PEOPLE, AND FLAT OUT STUPID FUKS....)

I warn you that this story is not for the faint of heart and there is much speculation on the status of Pud T. Galvin....

The word on the street is that Pud Galvin committed suicide.....something about the fact that he could not take how fucking pathetic Des Moines had become and that he knew a pain greater than many have ever felt......

But I have been having these strange, wonderful, and grotesque dreams lately....

Did I dare to say that they were premonitions that Pud Galvin has returned.....have the stars aligned, so unexpectedly for the other three members? Actually who knows if the other members will even want anything to do with him? Last I heard they hated his guts and wished he would die, and after his suicide rumor has it they found his body, took it around places humiliating it, and desecrating his corpse...like some fucked up rewrite of Weekend At Bernies.....no, better yet weekend at Bernies II, actually some say they got the idea after watching an episode of "The Chappelle Show" and thought it would be hilarious to imitate a scene, I believe they may have even put his corpse in women's shoes and "scuffed" them, morton salt may or have may not been involved..........and then they finally after a long bender, a black out special, they dumped him somewhere and said good riddance......they could not believe their frontman took the easy way out and ended his own life......they said "good riddance" and that was that.......

But how could he be back? Is this the same being?

My only fear is that if he was angry and powerful before, what the fuck is he now?

He looked vile and disgusting, like he had been rotting......

you could not even understand the sheer horror that chilled me to my soul when my sources recovered this photo.....

Legend spoke of a man who would rise from the grave to unite all corners of Des Moines, to give a voice to the weak, to slay the wicked, and to free the brainwashed masses.......it has been said that if you put your ear to the wind you can hear his primal banshee wails......

could this be he?

I have a fear greater then I ever thought possible for the implications of all this. I know that Edgar Allen Poe struck fear into the hearts of many, and his personal greatest fear was of EGGS! Well all I know is that I knew Pud Galvin all too well, and he was far scarier then an egg.

okay, wait...all I can descern from this is that

1) there is going to be a pud reunion

or 2) you are calling me a "POZERS, HATERZ, MEAN PEOPLE, IGNORANT PEOPLE, ANNOYING PEOPLE, AND FLAT OUT STUPID FUKS"

if the latter was the case then you really should have just said that.

Post by DARKBASS » Fri Mar 14, 2008 1:35 pm

well you are partly right on the 1 count there.....

Pud Galvin is in it to win it.......as for his compadres........that is yet to be decided......but Pud Galvin thinks he will do the Pud reunion by himself if he has too.....

he is also not responsible for the consequences......

I do not do my "shit" talking on the internet....

actually I do not think I talk much "shit" at all, I try hard to only speak what I feel is the truth at the time.....

but if I was to have something negative to say about you I would tell you to your face....

I do not really know you of course, but from what I do know I like you guys already....

The intro message is not directed to anyone in general unless one thinks that one fits into those categories.....then just take heed....

I would never say an unkind about word about Robert btw......

PUD wasnt good enough for that retarded ass intro, they were allright... like they could warrant maybe a paragraph but that whole like epic slipknot picture / post was just a bad trip to my eyes.

Post by DARKBASS » Fri Mar 14, 2008 2:22 pm

It was not really meant to be an intro........simply words on the grapevine.....

that tis all

I personally have never said that Pud was a good band
and Pud has literally and figuratively nothing to do with Slipknot, aside from two things, NUMBER 1) they were both birthed/released in Des Moines.
Number 2) Corey Taylor was working at adult emporium I believe when young Pud got the inspriation to write the very poetic lyrics to "The Fist"

I can not and would not lie about one thing though, young lad Pud Galvin had a strong distaste for the way many slipknot fans "came off"......

He is not to worried about that anymore,

I thought slipknot wore masks?

Pud simply is Pud

Also is that a slight againt slipknot or Pud I am not sure?
I wonder why you guys give them a hard time? Because they were a band from Iowa that actually made it...

About Jim Root, ATOMIC OPERA WAS AMAZING.....
Clown is a good cat, Dirty Little Rabbits man, and he does good work....

Joey I do not know as a human being.....he taint a bad drummer at all though......aside from his work with da knot....he has played drums for/with some damn great bands.....(COUGH, need I mention 3 Inches of Blood, and uh....who is that band he got to play a set with again?.....Metallica or something?....oh yeah) not to mention he pulled the songs he did off better then Dave Lombardo pulled the ones he did off.....if you ask me....I will always be impressed by the fancy footwork I saw with my own two eyes, at a house party a long time ago, he did a number on those pedals....

I may have met the bass player one time when I attempted to join the band River Bottom Nightmare when I was in highschool, I do not remember very well. btw, Biegger had a fucking awesome voice, what the fuck is he up too? I might have to dig up some RBN, as we speak.....

The other cats are on their own.....but I think they have plenty of people who would get their backs....and as a wise man once said ("and you don't have to take my word for it"

My favorite slipknot song personally is the song purity.....

Uh, hey Joe, I heard you shot your woman down,
you shot her down.
Uh, hey Joe, I heard you shot you old lady down,
you shot her down to the ground. Yeah!

Hey Joe, you inspired me to listen to that song, but the Robert Plant interpretation of it though.....

ah shit another memory, I almost forgot we were told we had to play that song once in a band I was in, at a show in Ankeny at the Roadhouse 69......

I had fun...

sigh

so...you were trying to insult me?

I liked pud, I thought it was funny, but if you don't want people liking your band don't fucking do it.

I don't know who you are, at all. Maybe you should re-evaluate what you say about a person before you start name calling. Just because your homies varg and inflaymes don't like me doesn't mean anything.

I could make a thread making fun of your dumbass just as easily as you could of me.

Thom, are you trying to fuck with my head here?

You may want to reread that, I said your 1st thought was correct, about the reunion....you were one of the people who inspired Robert to ask me if it was going to happen I imagine....

thus making your second interpretation incorrect....

No insult intended....

I have no insults for anyone that I do not know, and me and Robert are good friends(last time I checked), I imagine he could tell you that I would not be mean to someone I do not know much of anything about....

I love that people liked and still like the band....
On the same token I love that people hated and still hate the band, people hate things that are different sometimes, and I would rather have people hate us then not think about us
I love playing shows with the band, especially at high schools and biker bars
I love the people who were in the band with me
I loved the boobs I signed while in that band, as well as the girls/ladies they were attached to....
and I loved being able to be a frontman....

and most importantly I had a lot of fun.....

The live shows were what made the band, and the song that got radio play, "Jingle Pud Rock"....

My homies?

You lost me now for sure....

here let me make it simple

No insults to anyone

I have no beef with varg or inflames....

I like the band In Flames a lot, their new cd makes me happy.....

I hear varg has beef with me

I played bass guitar for bands varg played guitar in highschool and we covered some in flames tunes....(I played the instrument, not much more)

I would jam with anyone atleast once......

um

I had nothing to do with whatever he did to make a lot of people dislike him, and I will let him fight his own battles.....

I can not help that you all can not get a long if this internet fighting gets out of hand I guess....

but give peace a chance?

or not.....

In case you could not tell, Pud started as inside joke between friends, it's kinda like a joke that not too many people got, I never really expected those tunes to get beyond our high school parties, me and Eric were desperately looking to find people to start up a band and we could not find a vocalist that we could be happy with, so I, knowing of that I could not carry much of a tune, took the persona of one Pud Galvin......

Actually Pud Galvin was inspired by the likes of Alice Cooper and King Diamond, except for our story was to take Pud Galvin to the extremes...

I also wrote the whole "plot" while sometime in the middle of High School, as if that is not obvious...
we plugged into a eight track and got evil in a deep dark basement.....we used some phat beats........

we eventually played shows to see what kind of reaction people who were not in the know would have and it turned out pretty ridiculous......

but when you put on a an act then you get the fun little burden of people thinking you were dead serious about your band.......

also I get in trouble sometimes because Pud Galvin liked to jest with people, but it is all in good fun, and people obviously could have told Pud Galvin what they thought about it at the next show.....
