I'll be putting on a show for the band The Scurvies from Alaska (myspace.com/scurvies) tonight at the Haunted Basement around 9-9:30. Show up inbetween then and you should be cool. They stayed at my place last night and were really cool dudes, took em to the haunted b and they said they wanted to play, didn't care how many people showed up....

so...

So, this place is cool. I really like the room where shows happen. For some reason i thought it was going to be all cement and loudy soundy bouncy. Not at all. Didn't see Alaskan band.

the haunted basement is definetly the sickest venue going right now, kids skating to live punk music was a serious plus

the scurvies were really fun, colonizer was fun, peacepipe was farout.

there is a small kicker to vert in the corner, and its a fucking death trap. They are working on getting a miniramp in there, that would be sick as shit.
