Every time I read the subject header for these posts I get real excited for a split second because I'll look at the band names and think that some washed-out bands that would've been cool to see fifteen years ago are trying to tour again and despite what I just mentioned I would still see them today. Instead, it's DuBay's. Oh well.

Hell I would much rather be posting that they are playing but the Cramps haven't toured around here for sometime. I think the last time I saw them was 92 or 93. Gun Club however is dead and gone with Jeffery Lee.

Gun Club could very well be the best band from that L.A. era of punk rock. Y'all better recognize.

Oh yes and sadly over looked. I thought they would be a good mix cause Gun Club was started after seeing the Cramps, Jeffery and Kid wanted to express their interest in the lovely Ivy and wrote 'For the love of Ivy'.
