am I the only one freaked out by this?

"From Al Cisneros:

Om is continuing forward with a new drummer and working on a new recording. Please check omvibratory.com and the band`s MySpace page for updates.

A live vinyl only LP, Om - Live at Jerusalem, will be forthcoming. This is Chris Hakius` final release with the group.

I personally apologize to east coast fans who planned on coming out to the shows. Please know that Om will be back in your area later in `08.

Thank you to all of you. Live dates resume in late spring. There is a LOT of new material on its way.

Shrinebuilder is also forging ahead.

See you all soon."

"Earth gives off a relentless hum of countless notes completely imperceptible to the human ear, like a giant, exceptionally quiet symphony, but the origin of this sound remains a mystery.

Now unexpected powerful tunes have been discovered in this hum. These new findings could shed light on the source of this enigma.

The planet emanates a constant rumble far below the limits of human hearing, even when the ground isn't shaking from an earthquake. (It does not cause the ringing in the ear linked with tinnitus.) This sound, first discovered a decade ago, is one that only scientific instruments — seismometers — can detect. Researchers call it Earth's hum."

TDOT stole it as well. i heard like 4 minutes of it. ive got it preordered. what ive heard of emil i dont like but then i do. if he stays in the pocket instead of overplaying i will be impressed. i am glad that theyre moving into godrock territory and out of stonerrock.
