I don't know, I just found out about this last night.
What I do know is that a while back ago this Mexican asshole named Taco Bob sued the company and the union because apparently he didn't like being called "Taco Bob", although that is how he would introduce himself. That dude got $900,000 or so from that lawsuit.
Sure you hear a few comments of a racial nature there, but for the most part everyone gets along. I doubt there was anything going on worthy of a lawsuit.
