No it isn't. Maybe the top 5 of Hermosa Beach, California Punk records from the 80s. Of course that would be 5th after Jealous Again, Nervous Breakdown, First 4 Years and 6 Pack.

The nerd in me sorta wants this sitting on my desk at work:
