No. I'm not looking for watered down, Raybeez worship/NYHC bullshit.

More like Time Flies stuff: http://www.myspace.com/timefliesxxx - specifically more like "Keep It Shut"
Yeah man, you're totally right. This doesn't sound anything like youth crew and totally deserves it's own genre.

JUST KIDDING, POWERTOOL.

Another amazing comment from the 515's least positive, folks. Let's give him a hand.

If Warzone is a posi band then I suppose one could use that same logic and call the Blue Eyed Devils a posi band too. I guess someone could also cite that One Life Crew song where they talk about learning to read, taking out your facial piercings, getting pants that fit and getting a job and throw them on the posi list as well. I might have to update Wikipedia...

This might be an unpopular opinion but one band that fits this description that I've always been into was Shelter. I bought "Mantra" when it came out 15 years ago (Jesus...), still have it, still listen to it often enough and it never gets old. I have another one of their albums somewhere around here but never really gave it much of a chance. I'm down with a little Eastern spirituality with my hardcore. Hell, I even do yoga and have read the Bhagavad Gita.

...but only the Demo, What Counts, and The Things We Carry, because if you're like almost everyone else, you won't like Songs To Scream At The Sun even though that album rules.

The way I feel about it is, lyrically it's amazing. Music-wise I just get bored of it compared to The Things We Carry. It just seems like two completely bands to me.

Also, check out The First Step.

Have Heart is another pretty good suggestion.

I really love the fast songs on The First Steps myspace. So good!
