i'm suprised no one has done this. sure, there's product placement in movies, but advertising food as the ultimate munchie quencher could be a good move in the right location.

They released the "Iowa Menu" for the new Smashburger joint opening up here. Each state has a few unique menu items. The Iowa Smashburger sounds fucking great, but the State Fair Smashbrat sounds boner-inducing!

I just tried the place out. It was pretty tasty.

Just got back from there as well. Had a great Baconburger with really good onion rings all over it. The SmashFries are pretty tasty, but kinda olive oily. Their shakes are made from Haagen-Daas, and I almost talked myself into having one but after a burger and fries I was finished.

Service was that typical "Hey we just opened and we're gonna be really friendly to you and tell you all about the food and make sure you're doin alright at your table cuz this is a fun place!" type of thing, but I wasn't too bothered.

But it's a little pricey. If you're gonna get a burger, fries and a drink, be prepared to shell out ten bucks.

Hahah, I realize how that makes me sound like a cheap asshole. I guess I was thinking of it as a fast food place, where $10 would definitely be too much. But it's kind of a middle ground between fast food and a restaurant. Like Fuddrucker's. Ahhhh Fuddrucker's...

Whenever I see or hear "Fuddruckers" I always think of Elliot.

For the record, I've only been to Fuddrucker's twice, one time using a gift card that paid for all of it. Not a huge fan, but their shakes are wicked good.

Elliot's review was great. I can't wait to try this place!

There is a new sandwich chain that just opened up here in Madison that is pretty awesome....they seem to be embracing the whole drunk/stoned craving idea pretty well. They even have a 4:20 special (4 sandwiches for 20 dollars) and they also sell booze, cigarettes, swisher sweets, and energy drinks.

The sandwiches are pretty much the most amazing drunk food ever.
