it's a good place, just that a PA has to be supplied and ya gotta leave it the way you found it when it's time to give the key back.
There is actually alot available for doing shows, I'm in the middle of talking to another potential place for shows over in Vally Junction.

the infoshop died cuz nobody wanted to/could step up and pay for a 700dollar/month rent billl...place was awesome, and could have been successful if it werent for financial burdens...the few shows 'there' were good as well...but dick bags didnt want to honor the 'rules'...

No outside source wanted to chip in and pay $700 a month for what amounted to people's rent. That In Defence/Crude Drugs/Red Rum show fucking ruled though.
