I just read about this on the Peoria,IL boards. Apparently there were two separate earthquakes.

i totally felt this at work. i just happened to be on the third floor in a room by myself and all the sudden i felt this shaking that lasted about 10 seconds. i thought i was going crazy since it was like 4:30 in the morning.
