I like coffee. I bought some yerba mate coffee recently that I like. It's good.

I guess that's all I have to share.

Could have something to do with where you get your beans...

Zanzibars... rose lemonade season.

i like espresso alot. why i got a machine. maybe i should try it more than twice before asking for help. when i switched beans it was a huge change for the better.

why zanzibars? ive been there and really disliked their coffee.

I've tried Freidrichs, they ground it way too thin and it clogged up my machine. Zanzibars roasts it there in the store and you can see what is the freshest roast. I really like the Ethiopian beans, there's several different kinds. I don't have a grinder because that would add a few more minutes to my morning routine, and i know i would rarely clean it. Are you getting the right kind of grind or doing it yourself, Joseph? Maybe your problem lies with the water to grounds ratio? What is the problem, exactly?

I think the marketed term is robust. You don't have any preferences?

my favorite coffee is sumatra. i like dark roasts. i like indonesian, italian, guatamalen, kona... i think with me it depends more on freshness. i like dark roast but i dont care for burnt roast. folgers at work is acceptable.
for the espresso the nicaraguan was decent but i just got some indonesian for free from my moms gevalia stuff that is delicious.

edit- robust would be in the middle of bitter to dirtlike. but i would call it full bodied.

Mmm, imported black water. I'd drink tea of any variety over folgers. Actually, I'd drink water or nothing over folgers.

At the Gateway Market they have a pretty good mate Snapple-esque drink. It's like $3 and some change though, but good.
