Charlie Parr is playing at the Ritual Cafe on valentine's day. Probably around seven, donation. If you don't know who this guy is, you gotta check him out: charlieparr.com He may be the greatest country blues guitar player past or present, and he is no older than 35. Seriously incredible stuff, and a kick ass dude. ...makes my fingers twitch.

i've seen and heard a lot of blues, and this guy has got it. there is no slop, but not sterile either. i probably shouldn't over-talk him up though, just go to the show. it should end by nine.
