Anyone going? I'm not interested in the openers, but it's one of the few decent bands, in this vein to play here in recent memory.

Nope, I've got to work. If I didn't have to work, I'd probably go just for something to do but my expectations would be EXTREMELY low. The last couple of times they've played here they've been nothing short of lackluster. You can tell that they don't give a fuck anymore and are just holding on so they don't have to go get real jobs.
I think the only reason I'd go see them is because bands like that seem to bring some people out of the woodwork that you rarely ever see and it makes the show a little more interesting.

I don't think I'll be going.
I've seen the Toasters a few, and... a Monday night show just won't be interesting.
And fuck the openers.

the toasters were sweet. i had a lot of fun and everyone who went also had a lot of fun. didn't see lol or the second band, but the 3rd opening band was just weird. you'd have to be there, most of you weren't. imagine a rasta 311, meets late bad brains. those jamaican dudes can talk fast. the toasters were sweet, glad i went
abortions for some, miniature american flags for others
