In answering the question, no I haven't read anything on Facebook. I've been far too busy working on a number of large shows including The SWMRS and The Frights that I announced earlier this week.

The reality is that there was a misunderstanding and I would love to go into the detail but there is a nondisclosure and confidential statement in every e-mail conversation I have with bands and their representatives. So, I don't have a choice. I can't talk about it with anyone other than the parties that were involved. Regardless of what they choose to do.

The only thing I will go into is just a suggestion, when you receive an e-mail with the details for a show from a promoter, talent buyer or venue, read it. I'm not sure how others do business but I try to be as clear as I can with what is offered and not offered on a show. If you have a disrupt or question, ask in a professional and respective manner and as anyone who has worked with me knows, I'll be happy to try to work out something.
