Remember during Champion's last show when the singer got kicked in the eye and just went on singing? He didn't jump off stage like a trick bitch and beat the kid down.

Yeah, TUI could take a page out of his book.

i like the band, the singer was out of line. nothing that happened was jock bro anything, he acted in anger and is now going to have to pay for it. he has since talked to the guy and tried to make amends but who knows if that will be enough. the guy he beat up is a member of a popular german band and also well liked throughout Europe and even pretty well liked in the US so TUI will probably have some troubles as a result. i dont see any European tours in the future. apparently the singer was attacked at one of their next stops because of this, by a girl no less, and had his ass handed to him.

Not really, Justice has never acted out before and was in the wrong. We've all been there before and in the heat of the moment he made a stupid decision. I'm not defending his actions but TUI didn't beat up a fan, he punched one kid.

Farthest thing from a jock band, people use that way term way too loosely if it comes to a band they don't like or no longer support.

First off I'd like to say I'm sorry for not getting this done sooner. We've had very limited Internet access over here in Europe. There are a lot of things being said about the events in Essen a few days ago. Some are true some are not. I would first like to clarify that I didn't do what I did out of ANGER but what I thought was self defense. When I was knocked off the stage I hit my head, a lot of stuff after that is a blur. However it is clear that I took it too far and I'm sorry for that. Id like to keep the other parties name out of this, as I'm not certain if he is comfortable with being named. At end of the night I got the chance to apologize to him face to face and he accepted my apology. I think a lot of people may be unaware of that at this point. In any case, I'm very sorry to the other party involved. Im sorry to anyone who had to witness my stupid behavior. This is not typical behavior for me or my band. Don't feel discouraged to come out to the rebellion tour. Our actions do not represent the package. So again, I apologize.

i was going to say the same thing. a lot of people have said that this isnt in character for justice to do. you already posted his statement. he didnt apologize right away so who knows if the one posted is sincere or not.

this really isnt as big of a deal as people are making it. a fight happened. fights will happen again. if this band was known for this type of thing, it'd be a different story. they arent so people should just move on.

I wasn't saying TUI was a jock band, I for the most part like them. I was mostly talking about the issue of violence at hardcore shows in general. I understand tempers flare and shit, especially when someone gets inadvertently injured during a pile on or something, but that doesn't make it ok to lash out. I think the apology was appropriate and all, but this is still a black mark for TUI.

All Hardcore music from the last 10 years sucks. I used to try to like it, and there are a FEW bands that aren't bad, but for the most part, it's nu metal changed up a tiny bit. It requires little to no musical talent, and doesn't sound good.

That long hair looks like a pussy, and should run his mouth less, or one day he'll get kicked in it.
