im not paying more than 5 for an all local show. any more than that is just gonna get pocketed. im not sure how most of those bands even get on the show. also, way too much nu-metal on this show.

Not necessarily, having the same genre of bands on the bill are going to bring the same kids every time. So deathcore bands bring their fans, who are a little misguided but maybe seeing hardcore and what it's about will bring them around is what I was getting at. The money is whatever, but Jordan every band so go and support the ones you like and don't watch what you don't want to hear. Simple.

the money is actually an important part of it that routinely gets overlooked. i miss the days when the scene actually cared. i never thought it was a big deal until having to experience it myself.

the sad part is people who do want to support Motivated wont be going because of the bands and the money issue.
