hey guys, my name is danny, i play in a punk rock band called weird science from chicago. we're trying to book our first tour and we would love to hit up lovely des moines! we're looking for a show to play on 8/12. we'll play at any time, anywhere, with anyone. if someone could help us out with getting a show, that would rule pretty much the hardest.

I like the Angry Samoans type thing you've got going though. Hit up Matt Mutt on this site and he might hook you up. Prolly don't talk shit on SB to him if you actually want a show though.

yeah, i got a hold of matt on the myspace and asked for help with a show. he told me that he wasn't going to be in town on the day that i needed the show on and told me to check out this here message board. and here i am. so if anyone could help me out with a show on 8/12, that would totally ruuuuullleeee.
