It has nothing to do with proving anything. Joe likes fighting and fighting someone who makes him mad makes more sense than fighting some random person who hasn't faulted him in any way.

Isn't provoking anger on the internet for no reason just as stupid as doing it in real life? All you guys who are against physical violence because it doesn't PROVE anything, take a look at yourselves and ask what exactly you are proving by being stupid on the internet. I think it makes more sense to beat someone up for being stupid and egging it on, than hiding behind your computer. You are only making things worse for yourself.
